Although he represents all styles of homes, his true passion lies within architectural design with a focus on green living. Having a background in construction and is a licensed general contractor, he has redeveloped many homes creating more functional floor plans and incorporated energy efficient features consistent with today’s demands. Being green is more than the materials and products installed in your home, it’s a life style that we should all learn to embrace. There are always new sustainable products and concepts that hit the market that most people don’t have the time to research, so you need a professional who is always current and understands their benefits and worth. Even today’s building codes recognize this fact and are constantly updating their standards to benefit everyone including the environment.
Part of this site will be dedicated to blogging about green products and lifestyle to help educate home owners in making their home environmentally friendly. You will learn there are many low cost updates that can be done in your spare time to get you started. Why is this important? All homes are not created equal. It’s like having a contractor always at your side who can help buyers understand how to improve their home and sellers get the most value. Architectural and green homes are so unique that they need a specialist who truly understands their value and knows how to sell them at a premium, especially in a challenging market. Don’t just find a real estate agent; work with a professional that truly knows homes inside and out!
